Q: What actually IS tapping?
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is more commonly called “tapping” because you literally tap on acupoints along the body while talking about your thoughts and feelings.
As a mind-body tool, tapping is an evidence-based practice that has been recognized as an effective treatment for stress, anxiety, weight management, chronic pain, and (my personal favourite) undesirable habits, behaviours, and beliefs.
Q: Do I need to know how to Tap?
Nope! I’ll be your guide the whole way and you need ZERO experience to benefit.
Q: How is it delivered?
