Q: What actually IS tapping?
The official name is "Emotional Freedom Techniques" (EFT), but it's more commonly called “tapping” because you literally tap on acupoints along the body while working with your thoughts and feelings.
Something you need to know about me → I'm woo-skeptical. Which is kinda how I inadvertently ended up as the go-to gal for the science behind tapping.
